THE PLAYER
Name: Alan
Age: 37
Contact: AIM: Jesshiri
RPG Experience: Lots and lots!

THE CHARACTER
FULL NAME: Heidi Macavoy
BIRTHDAY: February 10th, 1979
PLACE OF BIRTH: Belfast, Northern Ireland
SEXUAL ORIENTATION: Lesbian
BLOOD STATUS: Pureblood
THOUGHTS ON BLOOD PURITY/MUGGLES: Heidi sees Muggleborns as a breath of fresh air that the wizarding world needs. She likes Muggles and interacts with them whenever she can manage to when she is home on break. She even willing took an additional class to learn about Muggles. Extra school work is usually something she would avoid like the plague!

HOUSE AND YEAR: Hufflepuff. 7th
WAND: Vinewood, Dragon Heartstring. 9 1/2 inches. Right hand.
BOGGART: A crowd of Quidditch fans booing and throwing things at her while her parents look on disapprovingly.
PATRONUS: Heidi has never been able to produce a corporeal patronus. The closest she has come was thinking of being drafted by the Holyhead Harpies.
CLASSES: Charms, Potions, Transfiguration, Muggle Studies.
POSITION: Hufflepuff Quidditch Team; Chaser
PERSONALITY: While upon first meeting Heidi, one might think she was a shy and timid girl. But once you take the time to talk to her, that image is shattered. On the outside, the Heidi that everyone seems to know and love, is a girl of confidence, wit, and charm. In reality, those are mostly for show.

Really, Heidi isn't confident in many things. She still thinks her Quidditch performance is average or even below. Even when she blows the other team out of the air, which isn't a rare occurrence, she mentally chastises herself the second she messes up. Heidi is extremely critical of things she does, of thinks she does, wrong, especially on the Quidditch pitch. The two things she is truly confident about is her body and abilities between the sheets. Yes, our little Hufflepuff is a bit of a tigress in the sack.

Heidi is a witty girl, though it's sometimes repressed by her shyness. She still grows flustered, when she does her already low, melodic voice gets even lower and falters while her face grows red.

Heidi shows charm and chivalry in whatever she does as long as she is sober while doing it. She's an extremely sweet and selfless girl, often helping others whenever she can, whether they deserve her help or not.

Academically, Heidi isn't terribly talented. She manages to make passing grades but struggles to do so. The one thing she does have though is a great strategic mind; a reason she's so skilled at playing chess (wizard's or muggle) and play making in Quidditch.

STRENGTHS: Chess, charms, Quidditch, organizing a party, helping a friend in need, being friendly.
WEAKNESSES: She likes booze...a lot, homework, potions, addictive personality, impulsive, Irish temper.
LIKES: Quidditch!!! Firewhiskey, pretty girls, Muggle rock music, t-shirts, soccer flats, chicken potpie, pancakes, chips, Holyhead Harpies. Slytherins.
DISLIKES: The smell coming from the boy's side of the locker room! Homework, potions, intolerance, bigotry, cruelty, arrogance, injustice, sour cream, diet soda.
PERSONAL GOALS: To play for her favorite team, The Holyhead Harpies!!

PARENTS: Joseph Macavoy 45(Father) - Department of Magical Games and Sports, Ministry of Magic, Slytherin Alumnus.
Scarlett Macavoy, 43(Mother) - Socialite, Slytherin Alumnus.
THEIR RELATIONSHIP: Heidi barely has a relationship with her parents at all. From the time she could crawl, Heidi was molded to play Quidditch and to follow in her parent's footsteps. The first disappointment was when she wasn't sorted into Slytherin. The next was when she didn't become the Hufflepuff Captain fifth year. The last straw was finding out she fancied girls. Now her parents still want to be able to brag about Heidi but really don't want much to do with her. As long as she gives them new exploits to brag about, they pretty much leave her alone.
SIBLINGS: None.
FAMILY DYNAMICS: Heidi's parents leave her to her own devices as long as she does the few things they absolutely require of her; practice several hours a day, have notable plays and lots of goals during her school matches and that news of "disgusting distractions" don't get back to her parents or any of their friends.

Meanwhile, Joseph and Scarlett are very much in love and spend a lot of time together. They attend every social event they can and travel and generally enjoy themselves while they barely think about the daughter they have away at Hogwarts except when it serves them to think or talk about her.

As an incentive to assure she is a "good girl", Heidi receives a significant allowance that likely rivals Pansy's or Draco's or other students of rich parents. However, Heidi rarely shows off that she has money.

PERSONAL HISTORY: An only child of two retired Quidditch players, Heidi grew up focused on the sport. Her parents bred her from the beginning to be the best she could be. Unfortunately, her intense focus on the sport left her to never really learn the proper art of social interaction that most pureblood girls would have been taught.

When Heidi's Hogwarts letter arrived, her parents were ecstatic. Their happiness was short lived as mild disappointment fell over the Macavoy house when Heidi was sorted into Hufflepuff, a house decidedly not known for it's Quidditch team. This minor set back only caused Heidi to work harder and she became an alternated in her first year and a starting Chaser in her second. Heidi quickly became one of the star players along side Cedric Diggory; a boy she looked up to like an older brother as well as a best friend.

As time continued however, her parents seemed to focus more and more on her Quidditch performance and less on Heidi herself. In no time, it was all they focused on, leaving Heidi wishing for attention from her parents that didn't involve how many points she scored in her last match.

In anticipation of Heidi making captain, and her impressive stats the season before, Heidi received the broom that is now her prize possession; a Firebolt. She practically slept with the broom every night before the year started.

If she hadn't started getting into spots of trouble at the end of her fourth year, she might have actually made captain. Heidi always had a habit of being friends with older students. Through them, she discovered she liked alcohol...a lot. Through her fifth and most of her sixth year, Heidi never missed a party or a chance to drink. Therefore, Cedric was easily chosen over her to be team captain.

Because of this, Heidi nearly lost the Firebolt. It was one of the few times she begged and pleased with her parents. She begged to keep it. In order to do so, Heidi had to pledge that she would double her Quidditch training regiment that year.

With her parent's lack of care about anything but her Quidditch stats, Heidi began to explore her desire for the fairer sex in the summer between fourth and fifth year. That exploration reached it's peak late in her fifth year and the following summer.

She is a famed seducer of "straight girls" who are often drunk but she really isn't really one to have a steady girlfriend. One of her few girlfriends was the first she was with; Claire Runcorn, a Ravenclaw two years older than her. However, every girl she has been with that has been a witch, was emphatic about the need to keep their trysts secret. So, Heidi has never had the chance to be open about who she is. With Muggles back home, she is out and open but her parents don't care at all as the words of Muggles never reach their lofty social circles.

Heidi has been scouted by professional Quidditch teams since her fifth year. There isn't a game that has gone by that hasn't had at least one. She knows that several teams have expressed an interest in her and she has invitations to attend at least two training camps come summer.

All she has to do is to make sure to have a stellar season her last year at Hogwarts. However, she is feeling a lot of pressure and some regrets. Heidi has been careful not to let her exploits get back to her parents but she feels like that has limited her at Hogwarts. She is tempted to just...not care what gets back to her parents anymore.

Heidi also has a few crushes that she'd like to actually pursue. She doesn't know if she will but there is a certain pretty, blonde Slytherin at the top of the list. Having had a crush on Tracey Davis since 3rd year, Heidi is afraid of missing out on her chance even if it is a really, really small chance.

APPEARANCE: Heidi is, what one might say, very toned. Her body is defined but still quite feminine. Her stomach is flat and the faint outlines of her abdominal muscles visible. Her arms and thighs are slender but well-toned. Heidi, while modest about many things, is not at all modest about her body. It may be one of the few things she takes a true pride in.

She's a tall girl at five feet, ten inches, which results in her legs being beautifully long. Her face is graced with high cheekbones, giving her an overall refined look, but still keeping some air of roughness. Eyes of a blue-ish-green color are set on her features along with a gaze that is so intense it can be felt twenty feet away.

Heidi's hair is naturally a dark brown, but she's fallen in love with charming it, so you can never know from day to day whether it will be her natural brown or a gorgeous golden blonde. Her clothing, under her robes or while relaxing or practicing usually consist of a faded pair of muggle jeans and a muggle shirt or tanktop that usually shows at least a little skin. Her overall appearance could probably be described as tomboy-ish, with feminine influence.

She views her body as a result of her hard work and dedication to her sport and has no problem with others seeing it. Heidi has actually daydreamed about playing Quidditch in the buff. As a fantasy, she thinks it would be quite fun!

Her voice is also a key feature to her persona, it's softness and melodiousness.

THE ROLE
First person roleplaying sample:

[Private to Self]

Merlin, I can't believe mum and dad won't show me who that owl is from! I'm sure it's from a team that has been scouting me. But which one? I'm dying to know if its the Harpies or not.

I don't know what I did to get their knickers in a twist but it seems that I did. Bloody hell. I hope they get over it before I have to get on the train.

[/private]

[Private to Cedric]

Please tell me that you have a plan to win the cup this year! This is our last year. If we are going to get picked up by a good team when graduate, winning the cup would go a long way towards that!

How has your summer been? I hope you've been getting up to no good.
